I strongly advise people not to live here; there are so many other better options in DTLA. The staff is amazing, but the management office is the worst. In my partner's and my year-long stay here, we faced several problems - one major one being the elevators. It's very rare for all five of them to be working; usually 2-3 are out (although management will deny this). You have to choose your floor before entering, which leads to phantom stops when no one gets on - I've experienced 8-10 of these on crowded rides when people struggled for space! Consequently, wait times were 10-15 minutes or longer. In the last few days, they haven't been working at all - we're living on 34th floor and were told to take stairs! That would be impossible if a guest or I had mobility issues! Another issue was with laundry machines' dryers not drying clothes in a reasonable time frame (4+ hours per load) even after informing maintenance about it multiple times. They told us that units are underpowered and won't work properly yet management refuses to replace them with better ones. Furthermore, common area wifi doesn't work (again denied by management), cell service inside building is next to none making it hard for anyone using poolside coworking space or I strongly advise people not to live here; there are so many other better options in DTLA.
