The property is just okay. It's quite most of the time, and neighbors are alright (in my building at least). There aren't any positive features, like a balcony/patio or pool/gym. The children's splash pad is also very minimal and nothing special. We were promised that upgrades would be made soon - but it's been almost a year and a half with no updates to the property. Maintenance takes forever to respond, if they even show up at all - we lived through winter without a heater when we had a toddler in the house! The resident portal and site are both horrible too - the gate code hardly ever works so you end up having to attempt several times which causes traffic due to its location on the street. After 5-6pm it gets really difficult to find parking as well. Plus there isn't even any pantry space in these apartments - they're not very well thought out overall.
