I have been a tenant for seven years now Prior to the new management things were fine but since their taking over it has been even better They have made many improvements from the vinyl flooring and carpets in the bedrooms to now having washers and dryers inside each unit The outside may not look like much but you should not be put off as the inside is really quite nice Maintenance does an excellent job any work order I had was tended to near immediately or within 24 hours at most The office staff are always willing to help and they know their tenants by name which shows how attentive they are There are a lot of events held in the clubhouse that tenants can take part in such as pizza nights or Christmas parties Any packages I receive get dropped off at the leasing office for me to collect safely There is also a fencedin dog run and a 24hour fitness center that is undergoing renovations too People often only take time out to write negative reviews if something has gone wrong credit should be given when it is due here I am definitely going to renew my lease as this is an awesome place to live more ... hide ...

This apartment stands out from the others in the area due to its ratings and I was pleasantly surprised when I considered moving here a year and a half ago The customer service at Rivers Landing is excellent as well as their maintenance crew Everyone has different expectations when it comes to how tenants should be treated however I have been pleased with the efficiency of the workers who promptly attend to any issues around my place and leave a note detailing what was done if I am not home My one bedroom unit has great natural lighting due to its amazing windows While there are some areas for improvement such as bathroom upgrades painting after someone moves out and new carpets there have not been any issues with pests like cockroaches or rats aside from occasional insects during summer due to old windows Despite this the cleanliness of the apartment is satisfactory and I put in effort myself to keep it that way more ... hide ...
