The customer service was awful and the receptionist was impossible to contact. Not to mention, they were argumentative and always blamed the customer when something went wrong. On our first night of a four-night stay, we noticed our bed was creaky and poorly put together. Since it was too late to contact reception about this, we had no choice but to sleep in it. The next day, due to travel commitments, we couldn't contact them again until after the second night when the bed broke apart from being made of cheap chipboard. When we finally reached out for help, they immediately accused us of causing the damage before sending a "Handy Man" who could do nothing to fix it. They then charged us $350 for damages without even seeing the bed and refused repairs for our remaining two nights—forcing us out of the apartment with little notice so that we had to book elsewhere at a moment's notice. Furthermore, what is pictured on their listing is not what you're likely going get; furnishings were outdated and dirty while kitchenware needed washing before use. Additionally, there are multiple addresses associated with this accommodation which means you may have a lengthy walk from reception to your room. I would absolutely recommend this place for its spacious 1 bedroom apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating upon arrival and departure, and there is parking available if you're driving. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom were all neat and large. The only downside was a bit of dust under the bed; aside from that, it was a nice stay! Noise levels were low since my room faced away from the street. I had a great experience here; I'd definitely come back again!
The location and parking were the only positives for the price. We booked based on how the photos looked, but should have read reviews first - the bathroom had been renovated, but everything else was old and with newish furniture. The "double" bed was two singles put side by side with no fitted sheet, so when we moved it would come off. No breakfast welcome pack despite photos showing one, just a small milk - windowsills were dusty and kitchen tap didn't fit sink properly. We also had to drive to another apartment area as there were three different ones close together; walls are thin so we could hear people talking above us, meaning my kids had to be quiet so as not to disturb other guests.
