Recently left this roach-filled place. Morguard and the current property manager have been gradually destroying these two buildings. They constantly promise to fix problems, however nothing ever changes. Water leaks, mold & mildew, windows that don't seal properly - not to mention the roaches! Maintenance staff are ineffective and tenants are dreadful. It's best to avoid Leaside Towers and Thorncliffe if you can.

This place looks nice from the outside, but inside it's an overpriced disaster. Charging almost two grand for a one bedroom and having cockroaches in many of the units, management only puts down traps. The amenities that residents pay for have been closed since before Covid and the elevators are constantly malfunctioning. Oh yeah, let's not forget the COCKROACHES!

For the past year, there has been an ongoing roach infestation with no action taken to address it. The staff members are unhelpful and dismissive, and communication is incredibly difficult. Management is almost nonexistent. Issues such as fire alarms and elevator breakdowns occur often, but any repairs needed for the apartment are either delayed or not performed at all; money is the only thing that seems to prompt a response from them. This establishment is unclean and poorly maintained, leaving residents in a perpetual state of problems--it would be best to steer clear altogether.
