2023-03-03T20:30:03ZThis is a terrible place filled with crackheads and mentally ill individuals. The management doesn't take any action against the frequent break-in attempts or the shopping carts on the lawn. They also won't provide bars for windows of basement-level apartments. It has only gotten worse since I lived there a few years ago. It would be much better if this eyesore was destroyed. There are more reasonably priced apartments in better neighborhoods managed by much better companies.
