My wife and I had a tour of Lake Cove a couple weeks back and were impressed by the location and apartment layout We are currently paying more for less space so this is an ideal option We applied to live here and hope to hear back soon The complex covers a great deal of land with ample parking available Everyone weve interacted with so far has been very courteous accommodating and patient We have now moved in and couldnt be happier Management staff went over their policies with us when signing the final paperwork which was helpful Parking has been no issue whatsoever Although the building is a bit dated its kept up really well There are some noise issues from neighbours but nothing extreme this is simply part of apartment living no matter where you go For the price point and floor plan this place is fantastic theres even hot water in the shower which our last place lacked more ... hide ...
