The management's replies to bad reviews are quite angry and show that they would likely be bullies if you were renting here. I've been to many buildings in different provinces, ranging from low rent to luxurious, and this is the first time I've encountered one with paid visitor parking. The rent is overpriced for what it offers; don't be misled by the amenities as many people probably won't use them much anyway. Personally, I'd rather have a nice suite to live in than some amenities that will only be used sometimes.

The WORST PLACE to live, with outrageously high rent, was all we could find in a few days when our original move-in plans for 2021 fell through. It claimed to be pet-friendly, but it seemed anything but. The same services - underground parking, storage and rent - cost different people different prices. There was a dog run that had been downsized due to construction, however it still allowed dogs of any sort into the building; even if some tenants were scared of them. Both vehicles parked in the underground garage as well as our locked storage were broken into and the garage door remained open for hours without being fixed - though they'd deny this fact. Upon moving in there was no one sent to put a new filter in the fridge either. And based on reviews of their rudeness towards people who comment on their service, you really don't want to live here!

This housing option offers easy access to public transport, groceries, restaurants, pet-friendly accommodations and well-ventilated spaces with various floor plans.
