It is a shame that this building has lost its advertised luxury status. In early Fall 2021, it was listed for sale and/or went under contract, but the agreement is yet to be finalized. Reviews from before that period spoke highly of Chris, Jake or Edmond (from the previous management company). Since then, there has been a series of changes in property management companies and amenities have noticeably declined; Peak have been here since February 2022.
From September 2021 to March 2022, common areas were filled with trash and there were problems with lighting, pests in outdoor features on the amenity deck, pipes and doors which could not be fixed due to lack of maintenance staff available. To attract new tenants the lobby was painted and show units tidied up but other areas stayed neglected - like hallway lights which an electrician had been promised for October but still weren't repaired by April 2022 (7 months later).
Furthermore representations made when people signed their leases were no longer honored. The atmosphere between current tenants and management has become increasingly hostile over last 2 months as complaints about lack of attention during lease periods increased.
