We decided to rent a one-bedroom apartment at Chamberlain without actually seeing it in August 2021, and were pleased to find out that it was the perfect place for our pied-'a-terre when we visited. The appliances in the kitchen are top-notch; there's lots of storage and a great sink with multi-purpose faucet and garbage disposal. Additionally, the laundry room is accessible from the entryway, which is super convenient. The bedroom also has a spacious walk-in closet and plenty of natural light coming from our west facing unit. We opted for a detached garage space, but now wish we had gone with an attached one since it's larger and has more storage capacity; however, we didn't get to see it beforehand so hindsight is 20/20! Though there are some downsides like traffic noise from Jefferson Road preventing us from using our porch during rush hour or packages piling up due to needing a fob for entry into the building, overall we're very happy with our home away from home. Plus, the staff here is wonderful!
