This stunning apartment building has been an unexpected find in a gorgeous area. We were pleasantly surprised to discover a two-bedroom unit with sizable bathrooms and an in-unit washer/dryer plus pet-friendly policy, which is hard to come by in Vancouver. It's not too large, so it's peaceful inside yet close to all the main stores along West Broadway, as well as the 99, 14 and 9 bus stops located right outside it. Plus you can reach Kitsilano parks and beaches on foot. The building manager is very friendly and approachable; she takes excellent care of the building and treats residents like friends. She also plans various events throughout the year such as summer BBQs or Christmas parties – great opportunities to mingle with neighbors and get acquainted with their pets!
