I (27F) work in Western Canada as a railroad contractor, living in hotels, so my needs may be different from others. I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights on the second floor. Pros include: laundry service (2 loads folded and ready when I returned for $32), decent bed and medium-sized room, modern bathroom/closet area but dated room decor, friendly front desk staff who switched rooms after AC didn't work properly, great eats at onsite restaurant, microwaves & fridges in rooms and close walk to restaurants/gas station/liquor store. Cons include: Netflix, Spotify & YouTube blocked on WiFi (understandable but inconvenient), no elevator with stairs to first floor & up two more flights to second floor with no luggage carts available; hallways/stairwells too hot; no deadbolt or security latch on door; poor AC not working then not cold enough when moved rooms; subfloor deteriorated feeling movement under carpet; mini fridge w/o freezer section for ice packs needed for lunch while only one ice machine broken; slow service at Doghouse pub taking 40 mins to get drink & food order due to possible staffing issue; parking on street since couldn't tell if large truck parking available and zero bedside outlets forcing me to sleep with I (27F) work in Western Canada as a railroad contractor, living in hotels, so my needs may be different from others.
