The hosts (owner) seem to be overwhelmed with the condition of the property. Upon entering the courtyard, piles of old materials such as furniture, a sewing machine, a blower and a mower can be seen. The rooms have potential due to their age (1860) but unfortunately they are not well-furnished; they contain furniture that proves to be bulky and useless. The bathroom is so small that it's impossible for a man to sit on the toilet which occupies five inches from the entrance! Mold was also present in some areas. On a brighter note, the bed was clean and soft but not comfortable. A spa hangs outside on the second floor but it is not functional. BREAKFAST (included in room charge) consisted of ham pancakes and cheese sauce which made four out of four people sick due to unsanitary preparation methods where food handlers coughed over food, wiped their pants then went back into kitchen without washing hands! The lady seemed so stressed out that she lacked patience with us and her husband... poor them! Nevertheless, behind the church lies a panoramic view worth seeing despite all this.
