Living in these apartments for a year, from Fall 2020 to Fall 2021, was generally a positive experience. The management and maintenance team was attentive and the location is great - close to Dexter Ave and 99. This being said, there were some drawbacks such as parking, security issues, quirks with the unit, and an unclear move out process.
The Good: The apartment (1 BR townhouse) had all the amenities one could hope for - gas stove/nice kitchen, spacious living room/bedroom, secure entry and decent outdoor space which was fairly quiet too. Maintenance requests were handled quickly with high quality too. Moving in/out wasn't too difficult depending on your unit either.
The Bad: Parking is pricey for this area (for a spot in the garage), but you can also try to find a spot on the street or Dexter Ave - however this became inconvenient over time due to all of the other apartment buildings nearby. In addition there's no window that opens in 1BR units of townhouse area while fresh air can only be obtained by opening door to back patio which leads onto street; security isn't great either as packages have been stolen from mail room plus reports of loitering etc; courtesy security patrol weren't very helpful either when called upon abouLiving in these apartments for a year, from Fall 2020 to Fall 2021, was generally a positive experience. Last but not least moving out wasn't particularly well defined so it'd be wise to refer back to lease info + take own photos as payment team may need convincing when it comes down chargingmore ...hide ...
