My family was extremely pleased with these apartments. The area was excellent for families, featuring a tranquil setting and low criminal activity. During the two years we stayed there, we made lots of friends whom we still keep in touch with. The management personnel were very accessible and handled repair work swiftly. The rent prices were reasonable too. We didn't have to worry about filth or vermin as every unit was steam cleaned upon vacancy. Our only problem was that in-window air conditioners weren't allowed.
I have resided in this apartment building for over nine years and never had to wait for anything to be repaired. Security is of utmost importance, and the grounds are kept tidy. The management team is excellent; they not only pay attention to your problems but also show genuine interest in their tenants. On snowy winter days, they are up at the crack of dawn shoveling and salting the parking lot. This place is quite remarkable; one does not have to worry about their appliances or sink being fixed when needed. I highly suggest living here!
Living here was great until a month and a half ago when new management took over. The prior management was really caring and would meet the needs of tenants; however, the new ones don't seem to care at all. Cleaners come in only once each week, causing the building to be extremely dirty. Furthermore, they have increased rent prices without warning and are taking down trees without notifying people that it will be happening. They also use a leaf blower constantly but don't bother to fully clean the parking lot anymore. Ed, the handyman, is still here though - thank goodness! All-in-all, this property is just like any other in a big city: they take your money but that's it - they're slum lords! If you're looking for peace and quiet or want an orderly place to live then avoid this place at all costs - where does our rent even go?
