I recently moved into 92West and my experience the first month has been terrible The passive aggressive energy and lack of understanding from the office manager make it hard to give them five stars When I brought up issues they told me to submit a request for repairs however they didnt seem to realize that I already had or cared enough to help solve my problem with my shower On the brighter side there are several amenities like a pool club house with theatre area and WiFi The apartment itself is in good condition with new carpet and fresh paint but all rooms are spacious except for the appliances Also its an affordable price at 899 for a 6 month lease plus 79 for an added garage Unfortunately I have yet to get a response from the managing company regarding my bath not draining for a week so I will have to show up at their office Additionally fellow residents don't care what time it is when yelling outside as they walk up their apartments and construction equipment has been dropped off in the middle of night too When replying back to owner about his ladies in office being unfriendly no this isn't true deflecting blame and lacking accountability is what happened here instead nice try more ... hide ...
