We stayed in the Tancook unit and found the self check-in process to be efficient. However, for elderly individuals, there are a lot of stairs which need to be taken into account. The unit itself was clean though the washroom design could have been better since it had form over function; for instance, a rain shower with no hand shower and both bathroom sink and toilet paper holder situated in inconvenient spots. Because of this we had to use the kitchen sink instead when getting ready. In terms of amenities, the kitchen was well stocked with stove, fridge and dishwasher - although we didn't get a chance to use them as we ate out. Location wise it is very convenient as others have mentioned.
