Living at Balliol Park for the past year has been an absolute joy. The staff, from maintenance to front desk, are so kind and helpful - they feel like part of the family. Moreover, the units are immaculate and up-to-date; plus, there is a plethora of amenities (rooftop pool, lap pool, hot tub, gym...the list goes on). The community is friendly as can be - especially if you're an animal lover! This building has more pets than people! Additionally, it's in a great spot with easy access to TTC and surrounded by peaceful greenery that begs to be explored. I highly recommend Balliol Park as a place to live!

Living here is a pleasure! Our staff are excellent, the facilities are great, and the community is wonderful. We feel secure, and if anything needs attention, maintenance is on it right away. It's rare to find an entire building of apartments like this one; we'd highly suggest it over a condo with a bunch of different landlords as you can be surer of your safety here!
