2023-01-24T05:00:05ZWatercrest advertises its above-average fees come with a lot of amenities; however, since living here, we have not been able to use them all. The pool has not opened this summer (July 22nd) and has been used 4 times. The gym and social room have also been closed for multiple months. There are 3 elevators in the building but usually one is out of order which is the service elevator for moving in or out; recently there were two that were broken, causing a problem on Saturdays when people are running errands and elderly could have needed help quickly. This makes it hard to justify paying so much with these issues every year, hence I wouldn't rate it even 1 star - something to think about if you're considering Watercrest.
