I have been living here since January 21 and the management is the worst I have seen. My husband was given the runaround constantly, and it was impossible to get in touch with the office manager. The two female office assistants did not offer any help regarding parking stickers, and they even left me (pregnant and upset) outside in sweltering heat after locking up the office door while they went on a lunch break. Despite having provided registration information, drivers license, insurance details and license plate number to them weeks ago, they told my husband to stop coming to their office until they had my sticker ready for my new car. They won't even allow him inside anymore! What's worse - our no-tow list status did not help as my vehicle got towed anyway. Maintenance requests we made over a year ago are still unresolved; maintenance personnel came once but never returned after knocking on our door; then we received an email saying our request had been completed! To top it all off, there is rust dripping from a hole in our shower ceiling into the bathtub; front door often does not lock properly due to damaged frame; dishwasher leaks continuously; two different wasp nests near both mine as well as neighbors' doors etc., etc. I I have been living here since January 21 and the management is the worst I have seen.
