I would give ZERO stars if I could When the building was sold and Dobler management switched to Targa in late 2019 everything went downhill Office hours were drastically changed and they closed on Saturdays which was difficult for those with day jobs Lease rules werent followed staff were often rude and trash compactor issues led to rat problems on the weekends Additionally laundry became a paid service and garage prices rose without any improvements to the garage door that didnt even work half of the time To make matters worse longterm tenants were booted out and basic repairs took weeks to complete due to inadequate maintenance staff plus noisy renovations occurred from 8am8pm with often maskless workers during COVID After eviction moratoriums ended some tenants had their rent increased by an outrageous 75 The only thing that remained great about Targa management was the views which wasnt enough for me to stay Do NOT give them your money youll only wind up regretting it later more ... hide ...
