I would strongly advise against renting at Crane Village; I was a resident there from 2016 to 2020 and this review is long, but I hope it helps someone when deciding where to live. Not only did I have numerous problems, but it is also part of the 3% Allegheny Tax. Not worth the money. Management changed in year two and I had hoped things would improve, but when it came time to leave the only helpful staff member was Whitney - she made me feel like my concerns mattered. When I told the property manager that a staff member had been rude to me, she laughed in my face! There was no customer service at all. They were unaware of what went on and when I attempted to solve an issue with my apartment one particular staff member who always responds to phone calls acted apathetically and promised that he would follow up but never did so; forcing me take time away from work multiple times just so I could call him back for updates. After much effort, they finally showed up fix my problem - however their key didn't work!
