We have been living at Birchwood Village for the past three years or more and it has been a great experience. The Management Office staff are extraordinary, especially Martha who is professional, courteous and always willing to assist us with our rental needs while providing excellent customer service; she is quite highly thought of by many. Reg and Rob from the maintenance staff are also highly respected by all the residents; they act quickly and know exactly what they are doing. The property itself is beautiful which is why I can wholeheartedly recommend Birchwood Village to everyone!

My girlfriend and I have lived in Birchwood Village for five years and absolutely love it! We appreciate the area, the townhouse, the service as well as how the grounds are kept. After snowfall, walks are cleared quickly and during summer months grass is mowed until winter arrives. This year saw parking lots cleared at a fast rate with no complaints from us. Directly depositing our rent, we never hear from property management unless we require something like a guest parking ticket; then Martha - who is always in office - takes care of us pleasantly and efficiently. Whenever there’s a dripping tap or other issue we call office and maintenance crew sorts it out speedily; they also check smoke/CO2 detectors yearly, clean furnaces & replace roofs when needed! Birchwood Village has an excellent mix of young children & seniors living harmoniously though occasionally one may be demonic or satanic – but these cases are dealt with professionally soon after calling office. Some dog owners let their pet run loose & poop everywhere but that was rectified swiftly after consulting Martha at office! When someone parks in an assigned spot the vehicle gets towed very promptly when property management is alerted.
