From the onset, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everyone was so nice and the apartments were always clean and in good condition. Contrary to what I had heard about bugs in other apartments around Duncan, there have been none here. On top of that, both the Manager and Maintenance man are very friendly and helpful should you need them! All in all, my experience living here has been quite enjoyable. *Pictures of inside my suite provided.*
