I would give this negative stars if I could. The day I moved in, it was an absolute nightmare! Initially, they didn't let me view the apartment beforehand and it wasn't cleaned. My apartment had mold in the window seals, empty crown bottle in the cabinet and a nasty substance on the bedroom wall. When I brought this to Kelly's attention, she said she watched them clean it though nothing was actually cleaned. One week after moving in, the water heater upstairs flooded my home; industrial fans were put up for four days to dry out the floors but I did not get reimbursed for electricity used as per contract. My neighbors who were college students hosted parties each Friday night and one night after quiet hours they called about excessive noise with a video of me knocking on their door (without any windows). Emily from office lived in same building and came down to slam office door on my face when confronted about lying! Kelly promised to void noise complaint but has that still on record. They made me pay for a toilet that wasn't broken - $250 - which could have been removed without breaking it; Kelly had to act only when health department was informed about mold & bugs crawling out of tub drain!
