2023-02-01T21:00:05ZThe reviews here claiming the building is good are obviously fake. It's just a small town in an old building with no amenities and expensive Toronto rent. Realstar has applied for "above guideline" increases, but they don't share the profits when units flip often (every two to four years). The old management used to clear out the parking spots, but now it's gone downhill; management acts like they're in charge of tenants when really their job exists because of them. The assistant managers seem nice though.
