We rented two units from these unsympathetic people. The one facing Colborne came with blinds and attentive service, but we had a flying red ant infestation under the sink that took days to fix after several bites. The walls were moldy and weak enough for an infant to move them around. It was an overpriced dump that showed no empathy. The second unit had a broken banister, bugs once more, doors and windows ruined, bricks and walkways in disarray, floors feeling unsteady with many leaks that were concealed. We put in work orders until the end of time; lights would burn out easily when replaced by the complex at snail's pace. The hot water barely worked despite having a separate heater for each unit; the heat was erratic (even during summer) and could be hazardous due to faulty garage door giving access to criminals who would steal from you even though you pay for parking space storage - something not allowed yet done by landlords anyway! Adding insult to injury were overflowing bins of rubbish that stank up the area. Outdated and expensive - it might be better to go somewhere else like Oxford Street South; sure it may seem rough but it's half price!
