2023-01-14T20:30:02ZThis place I'm living in is a hole--maintenance almost nonexistent. The dishwasher hasn't worked for weeks, and there's a leak under the sink causing water to seep into the dining room carpet. Plus, the vents have no screens, so insects come inside at will. This "crime free" gated community has people jumping over the wall all the time to buy drugs from someone across the street who gets high and then roams around naked for my small son to see. Management never answers her phone and still hasn't provided me with a copy of my lease agreement. If anyone knows how I can make an official complaint or legally break my lease, I'd really appreciate some advice as I'm new to this area and want to get my kids into a better environment.
