I've been living in this area for a year and it's great! The landlord and staff are friendly, the neighbourhood is clean and quiet, and the rent is bargain-friendly. I was worried about moving to Rideau Heights, but this place is a diamond in the rough. Get here before they build that bridge! I've been residing in this apartment for two years, previously having moved here from Mississauga. I needed to rent quickly as I was starting a job in Kingston and management expedited the process by verifying my references and signing the lease promptly. I asked that they clean and repaint the unit, as well as switch out the oven, both of which they obliged with no hesitation. The superintendent lent me his trolley when it came time to move. In two years there have been no major issues with living here; additionally, rent is relatively cheap compared to other parts of town, public transportation is nearby, it's a friendly neighborhood that's kept clean, building is tranquil and well-maintained (windows were changed last year plus roof replaced), plus there are stores/restaurants close by. Highly recommended!
