Having spent the last seven months living at Claire Estates, I've had a really enjoyable experience. Prior to moving here from another province to study at University, I did a lot of research. Rent is more affordable compared to other downtown buildings and utilities are included in the cost. Despite heavy snowfall and temperatures reaching -40C there are plenty of transit options located close by. During the harsh winter there was never an issue with either heating or hot water in this building. Richard and Endrit who work here have been very accommodating and always eager to help me out; if I'm away they'll let me know if I have packages waiting outside my suite, even putting them in for me! Another advantage is that recently they've installed a patio fireplace on the second floor terrace – it looks really nice! The gym downstairs is also very convenient; particularly liking the treadmills! All-in-all, this building comes highly recommended by me – so much so that I'm extending my lease!

Claire Estates is a great place to consider if you're looking for somewhere to live. I'm giving it five stars since there are no issues that would make me take any away. It's a peaceful building, which could be viewed as good or bad depending on your perspective; however, this is the same for most places in our highly secluded society. The location is terrific- I've been living here for several years and couldn't imagine going elsewhere. You can get downtown with a short walk and the train station is just one block away; unfortunately, grocery shopping isn't as convenient unless you have access to a car because the nearest store (Save-on-Foods) requires taking the train. Before COVID-19, I would often go food shopping elsewhere and use the train ride as exercise. Cleanliness and maintenance are both fantastic; never had problems with bugs or rodents and areas/hallways are kept clean regularly; plus they're quick to respond when repairs are needed (heating works great too). Rent isn't pricey either which was part of why I've stayed here so long - utilities also appear to be included in your payment which can help too! Lastly, laundry used to be really inexpensive but now it's more standardly priced.

My rental experience here was extraordinary. Had I still been residing in Edmonton, I would have returned without a doubt. My flat on the seventh floor had amazing views of sunsets and it was affordable with all charges included. Richard and Tracey were the first people you'd meet upon renting here, who are incredibly helpful and kind. The first time living alone as a young woman was unsettling for me; one night around 10 PM, my microwave wasn't functioning, the sink drain was congested and spilling over – I had no idea what to do. To my surprise, Richard arrived at 8:59 AM the next day to inspect it; by 9:03 AM he'd given me a new microwave and cleared out the blockage! He also took charge of keeping paths outside leading up to building clean so that I wouldn't slip while running in wintertime here. I have many pleasant memories from this place which will always make me feel safe and elated - Claire Estates is one such place!

I highly recommend Claire Estates. Ever since I wanted to move away from Downtown, it was difficult for me to find a building that made me feel safe until I visited this building. It is conveniently located 3-4 minutes away from the Bay LRT and Jasper Ave, as well as being close to cafes, bars, pharmacies, shops and parks - perfect for those who prefer walking or scooting during the summer. On top of that, there are many great features such as the FOB system which ensures safety; a full gym; bicycle storage; dog wash (which is incredibly wonderful); an excellent laundry room; and even a yoga room! The team here is also very considerate - whether it's for bureaucratic inquiries or anything else related to the building - plus they are pet friendly too! After we moved in here we adopted Ollie (in the picture), and they welcomed him with open arms while also providing us with a dog wash. I have already recommended this place to my friend who will be moving soon and I can confidently say that living here has been an amazing experience so far.

Living at Claire Estates is such a treat! The building and apartments are spotless, with gorgeous views from the upper floor balconies. As an added bonus, pet fees are waived for rescue animals, so my rescued cat lives here for free! The amenities are great as well--there's a gym, yoga room, bike room, and laundry. But what really sets this place apart is the management team. Maintenance issues get taken care of quickly and without any hassle by the in-house team. Then there's the Relations Manager who always takes his time to be kind and understanding whenever I call in a panic; he responds immediately to emails/calls and shows genuine concern for all tenants' wellbeing. All together it makes for an amazing living space that both my cat and I absolutely love!
