I lived in a terrible place that was run horribly; there were multiple issues. Water was coming out of my ceiling so much that I lost count, plus there was black mold everywhere. In the hvac closet the ceiling collapsed twice from all of the water, and both the kitchen sink and dishwasher were leaking. I asked for a new solenoid for my dishwasher, but they never fixed it - so I had to manually turn on and off the water under the sink whenever I wanted to use it. The wall molding had also rotted due to water damage. Despite having reported these issues before, they did not mention any of them in their maintenance records when it happened again. Even drywall needed to be redone in one of the closets because mold had grown on carpet and up one wall from water seeping out from hvac closet - once again no record or documentation about this issue either! There were other problems too; it took them an entire year just to fix my dryer! When I finally decided to move out (because month-to-month leasing) nobody answered at their office so I couldn't inform them properly; however a maintenance worker promised he would talk with them about cutting me some slack on rent due to all of these problems.
