The rent may be too expensive, but that's just the market. The apartments have been renovated and are actually quite nice. I'm content with living here due to its convenient location; there are plenty of restaurants nearby and it's only a seven minute drive to the CFB South Side. The grounds are usually tidy except for the garbage area which is often littered by residents and locals using it as a free dump site; however, the maintenance crew is always present striving to clean the mess up. Moreover, the admin team is friendly and adept at tackling problems while the maintenance staff is prompt in their responses. One complaint I have would be that there aren't enough laundry machines, but other than that I'm satisfied with living here.
