For the past 5 years Ive been residing here and the service was fabulous Im fond of this building as it is close to most amenities However we have recently encountered a cockroach problem which I reported right away to the office There is a hole beneath both the kitchen and bathroom sink that may be where they are coming from When asking for them to cover it 2023-02-13T20:00:03Z
For the past 5 years Ive been residing here and the service was fabulous Im fond of this building as it is close to most amenities However we have recently encountered a cockroach problem which I reported right away to the office There is a hole beneath both the kitchen and bathroom sink that may be where they are coming from When asking for them to cover it up after pest control to prevent reoccurring infestations the lady said that would be considered a major renovation Thus she suggested reporting it again in 6 weeks instead of taking notes down on it Furthermore inquired if there was a chance for us to transfer into another unit with an additional charge for upgrade considering weve taken care well of our unit over these 5 years there will be some wear and tear obviously Requested their head office number but she denied giving me one Despite being fond of this building I feel like management doesnt look out for tenants properly anymore more ... hide ...
