I moved to this NY apartment from across the country and found it to be a great first place to live. It was close to my work and on a bus line, so I saved money on parking permits; plus, utilities, internet, and cable were all included. Office management was friendly and maintenance was prompt in responding to requests; moreover, they kept the parking lots and driveways salted and plowed during winter nicely. My main reason for moving out eventually was laundry; due to the nationwide coin shortage it became hard using the building's coin-operated machines. Hence, I started going 15 minutes away to a laundromat that had quarters readily available plus better dryers. Additionally, noise level in my basement unit made me look for other housing options: walls were thin so any noise from upstairs neighbors (stomping children or college students talking late at night) could be heard easily which made sleeping difficult every night. To conclude, this complex is great if associated with local universities; otherwise basement should be avoided for consistent peaceful sleep at night.
