When West Urban had control of the property, it was in great condition and their on-site personnel were always helpful. Since the new company has taken over, opinions have been more mixed; only time will tell. There are several issues within these units: 1) Insulation is inadequate so when doors close, walls can vibrate; 2) Upstairs neighbors' bathroom activities can be heard below; 3) Floors don't provide good soundproofing so noise from upstairs can easily travel down; 4) Air conditioner is only located in the living room leaving bedrooms uncomfortably hot during summer months.
