After signing the lease on April 29th we moved in June 1st into a property that was dirty and broken We were told it would all be fixed by the movein date so we had faith in them having over a month to prepare for us Unfortunately when June 1st came around the place was covered in inches of dust and there were still broken porches deck stairs and windows We sent photos to the company expressing our disappointment and after backandforth discussions it was finally cleaned up although it should have already been ready for us To add insult to injury Violeta had made an error with the lease which meant there wasnt AC included something we would not have signed for had we known this prior On top of this all our fridge broke causing us to lose 285 worth of groceries when they delivered a new one this too was broken with drawers missing inside All these issues occurred within 2 weeks of moving in The only reason Im giving one star is due to Charmaine checking in regularly and Shawn from maintenance being understanding of our frustration while trying his best to fix things quickly even though they should have been done beforehand Our experience here has been nothing but a headache taking away any excitement that comes with moving into a new place
