The 1 bedroom apartments in Oxford were quite spacious but the carpets were of lower quality The location was decent close to a bus stop and most of the laundry machines worked The outdoor area wasnt well lit and the walk there could be a bit shady Additionally the parking lot was always falling apart and management seemed to only take temporary measures to fix it Inside the apartment there werent any appliance issues however you could hear every word of your neighbors screaming matches as the walls and floors were so thin Maintenance would sometimes show up without warning or notice for cleaning purposes but I never received my deposit back nor a document explaining why money was taken out despite multiple attempts at getting one The management team was hard to get ahold of even by phone but when they wanted something from you they would promptly call you In all it wasnt an overly terrible experience though what you paid for is what you got with no guarantee that your deposit will be returned upon moveout even if all guidelines are followed perfectly more ... hide ...
