Management has been an issue when responding to problems such as visitors parking, theft of packages, defecation in common areas, garbage dumping and stealing of fire protection equipment. Despite the statement that "we are here to manage the property and not the behavior of residents," these things still fall under human behavior. It is advisable to stay away from this community living situation or you will likely end up having to move out shortly after.
