The apartments could use some improvements, but they're decently livable. I was offered a two-year lease with renovations when I left, and it looks like some units are being renovated anyway. The office staff and maintenance are helpful, but the community is struggling; there have been reports of break-ins and mailbox thefts. Some of the children have even gone from being kids to trying criminal activities like kicking in doors or moving fire extinguishers that take ages to replace. I had terrible neighbors too, one person would spend their entire weekend playing loud music and arguing on the balcony which made it impossible to sleep or host guests. The office said to call the police for noise complaints but they never came for that kind of thing; security is desperately needed here - easily achievable with a fence or night patrols - plus people often bring their work vehicles into the parking lot without regulations. After living here for almost 6 years, I'm glad I moved out since living here was truly a struggle near the end of my stay. If Google allowed me to rate this place, it'd be 2.5 stars due to its apts/staff/maintenance; however as it stands now this has more of a 2 than 3 star feel about it overall
