315 McRae is overpriced, with small units advertised as "luxury living" but nothing luxurious about them. During the summer, management ignores tenants' requests to turn on the air conditioning. The biggest units are 800 square feet and cost $2500/month (not including hydro, parking or a storage locker). Moreover, there's very little space for storage. The gym is merely a bachelor apartment that has a few cardio machines and free weights; the so-called rooftop terrace lacks barbecues; and there's a party room that requires an expensive deposit. Although nice looking on the outside, management is rude and condescending to tenants who also seem disorganized. All in all, not worth recommending!
I find the suite to be clean, bright and well-equipped, making it a comfortable environment. The air conditioning is not a problem since the weather outside remains cold. This is not an issue of Premiere Suites but rather of the building management. The building itself is constructed from concrete and is quite tranquil. Additionally, having laundry in my unit is fantastic. All appliances are present and functioning properly, in addition to pots, silverware and more - all of which are spotless. I have no grievances here; I consider this small space with its cleanliness and tranquility to be quite valuable.
