It has been six years that I have been living here and the management and service has been deplorable When the pandemic hit they drastically reduced their service level Every time I asked for something to be done in my apartment or complained about an issue they only solved the problems that were easy to resolve all of my other concerns were ignored For example Refrigerator it needs replacing as food gets frozen every few days causing me to throw out at least 20 times Bathroom mold problem was serviced and painted but came back in bad condition Dishwasher not working properly and old machines Staircase some of the strains pushed down posing a danger Paint requested according to their rules but still nothing done after 6 years Windows not serviced for a long time Flooring never given polished floor despite requests Laundry machine often not working with no response from company when called Despite calling Richfields main office and follow up many times there has still been no response from their service department To make matters worse some of their staff members are highly rude This is despite paying so much money for nothing in return Clearly if you had asked me 3 years ago if you should move here I would have recommended it without hesitation but now I advise against it even if you don't find better options arounds I hope those reading this can understand how frustrating this situation is which prompted me to write such
