Finding an apartment during the pandemic while out of state should have been stressful, but with Lakeside's help (shoutout to Brandon) it was easy. The virtual tour was exactly what I received, and getting my keys and learning about the features was simple. Living there for 2 years had its perks - clean, updated apartments with spacious balconies, bonus storage units off balconies, nice appliances, a fireplace feature in my unit. There were great amenities like trash valet and updated fitness facilities; two pools; grills for cooking; package lockers; plenty of parking spots; in-unit washer/dryer; pet-friendly complex with a dog park. It's also located near Centrewood Plaza and Centre Ridge Marketplace - walking distance from Giant & Starbucks, near a bus stop, easy access to I 66., etc. They even went above and beyond by hosting events like gardening classes or kids crafts -- even happy hours with food trucks! Sadly leaving due to needing another location - otherwise would've stayed longer at Lakeside - I'm staying within Bozzuto management as my experience has been so great so far. Turning in keys was smooth as well but haven't yet received security deposit back (which they stated takes few weeks).
