Sophie, the property administrator, made the application process effortless. She was courteous and well-informed. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and caring, especially Marvin the property manager who proved to be a great help. The personnel are quick to address any issues while the neighbors are friendly too; it truly is a wonderful place to call home!

This place is a great deal for the rent and size of apartments. It is conveniently located next to a school, park with soccer and baseball fields, right off the highway and a pharmacy in walking distance. The neighbors are friendly and helpful; they will even bring your mail to your door if it is left outside. However, the walls are thin so you can hear conversations and other noises; plus, the maintenance staff aren’t very reliable - they don’t take complaints seriously or make proper repairs. Parking can be an issue since no one monitors it, leaving broken glass around parking areas and garbage scattered. Additionally, skunks pose a problem; though they are blind so if you give them space they won't bother you. Squirells have been fed by residents leading them to cause destruction on balconies - some seem to have mange as well! The appliances are old with something wrong with them most likely; don’t expect replacements either! Lastly, the blinds in each apartment are very fragile and ugly.
