2023-02-16T23:00:04ZHaving lived here for a year, the management was terrible and didn't care if our apartment was in disrepair. After repeatedly asking them to fix things, they just ignored us and only did renovations on all of the apartments. They kept my security deposit due to a dishwasher that didn't work, and a drawer that wouldn't stay closed even before I moved in--not to mention the ants living in my walls which they would do nothing about or even the internet line problem preventing me from getting wifi/cable. To top it all off, there was a car stolen from our private underground garage (which we had paid extra for). Despite this being a nice area, avoid this place at all costs to save yourself trouble.

2023-01-24T02:30:03ZI've lived here for around three years and during this time the elevators have been upgraded. There have been no issues with other tenants or staff, all of whom are polite and generally friendly. I haven't faced any problems with my neighbours either. The building is adequately heated, the laundry room is clean, and the workout room has basic equipment which is better than going to a gym in bad weather or when pressed for time. Furthermore, the underground parking garage door was recently fixed up. Despite this good experience of mine, reviews from other people mention certain concerns. I can't comment on their units since I have only ever seen mine; however it is true that these towers are managed by a corporation which may not always provide sufficient support staff-wise as many modern corporate operations do (in real estate and other industries).

This Ontario residence is an incredibly poor place to live the management has no respect for tenants and bed bugs and roaches are rampant Valuable furniture such as couches and mattresses have had to be discarded due to the infestation Furthermore three of my sport bikes were stolen with no recompense or action taken by the manager Residents frequently move
