The rent of the apartments is quite costly, yet no renovations have been done in over 15 years. I used to live there until 7 and my grandparents after that. When I saw a recent advertisement with pictures, I was surprised to find that nothing had changed--still the same flooring, cabinets, counters and tiles in the bathroom. Although they are large, the quality doesn't justify such a high cost.
