Elisabeth & Francisco, the building managers, were incredibly helpful in our relocation to the new apartment. Everything was in perfect condition; from the foyer and public areas being spotless to our new apartment having a fresh coat of paint, a fridge, dishwasher and toilet. They have certainly kept the building well-maintained, making us feel right at home.

I am very pleased with my Hollyburn Suite. It has been recently renovated and the kitchen and bathroom have been given modern touches; marble countertops being one of them. The kitchen is spacious, providing plenty of room for cooking and baking - a plus! The hardwood flooring along with the sizable balcony add to its appeal. All the property managers we've had are friendly, knowledgable, and approachable - making my experience even better. What's more, it is conveniently located to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers and downtown! Furthermore, they have updated the laundry room since I moved in; having a text message sent when my clothes are done is marvelous!
