Wyndamere is not a good place to live if you're looking for a friendly, neighborly spot. Our neighbors have been there for 10+ years, and they have had many issues with the new property management team. They are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to elderly people. Here are all the problems we've faced: 1) Even though the state was opened up months ago, amenities like gyms and pools didn't open until July—so we're paying extra to not use them. 2) When we moved into our apartment, all our appliances (toilet, bathtub, dishwasher & stove) were broken or malfunctioning—the dishwasher never got fixed; they patched a hole in our bathtub that was 6" wide; and our stove caught on fire so they finally decided to replace it. 3) They advertised as being dog-friendly but then complained when our dog was supposedly "barking" all hours of day (even though other neighbors confirmed this wasn't true)—we received several threats of eviction notices because of this same problem next door as well. 4) The rent is way overpriced considering the only difference between apartments is cabinet color! 5) We paid three days early in May but were still charged an unnecessary late fee that couldn't be refunded 6).
