My girlfriend and I have been living here for a year and a half, and it's been generally positive. Legacy Towns & Flats does well in minimizing issues, which is great. Pros: It's cost-effective; the maintenance staff is fast; the leasing office is friendly with good customer service; the pool, although not huge, is nice and well-kept; there are nearby stores/gas stations; they do monthly resident appreciation weeks with cool stuff. Cons: The north end of the property has an unsightly retail development that'll bring more traffic; renting a garage space for my car ($100/mo) was too small for the price; bedrooms don't have overhead lights or ceiling fans only natural light or lamps; trash pickup at one dumpster so those on south end may need to walk farther than me to take out theirs (but there's also a separate recycling bin). We had to pay $60 more when renewing rent so that wasn't great but you usually get that when renting. Despite this, we're contented tenants and would recommend this place!
My girlfriend and I have been occupants of Legacy Towns & Flats for around eighteen months, and our overall experience has been agreeable. Even though every apartment complex has some drawbacks, Legacy Towns & Flats keeps theirs to a minimum making us contented renters. The cost of living is affordable which we are pleased with in comparison to what we pay. Maintenance staff is punctual and efficient (which is a great bonus for tenants). Furthermore, the leasing office personnel are friendly and offer brilliant customer service. The pool isn’t the largest but it is nice and well-maintained; consequently, we use it regularly. Additionally, the area surrounding us is tranquil as well as close to stores, gas stations etc. Every month they host “resident appreciation week†which includes perks and freebies; not all apartment complexes do this so that's a plus point! On the downside though, there's recent retail development on the property’s north end which looks unpleasant; furthermore it's going to bring an abundance of traffic which I'm not looking forward to at all! My car space rental($100/mo) is miniscule for its price range too. Rubbish collection only happens at one dumpster located on the north end making it closeby for me but others living far may find this inconvenient . Thankfully there’s a recycle dumpster too that I love asmore ...hide ...
