I have revised my review of this apartment complex, as its build quality and workmanship have been sub-par, resulting in repeated maintenance issues, elevator repairs, and water damage. The Owners are the same as the Builders, so instead of addressing these problems they shift blame to the management companies they've hired (we're now on our fourth one since I moved in eight months ago). Despite this, the staff remain positive and helpful. Although it's not a terrible place to live for its price point, it is below average compared to other complexes. Previously I had awarded five stars after touring around a dozen apartment complexes in the area; Ashley at reception was friendly enough to take me on an immediate tour. Everyone was quick with getting my application approved and apartment ready within two days. The staff here are what set it apart from other places - they're responsive and kind when small issues arise. Additionally, there's no issue with parking like some other neighborhoods in Dallas; plus there are smart features like thermostats integrated with Alexa service. Overall I'm happy with my decision to rent here.
