My rental experience at Dorchester Towers was unequivocally the worst of my life. Boardwalk's customer service is rude and refuses to take accountability for any of their mistakes. Hygienic, heating and cooling issues arose in one of their premium suites that took maintenance three to four visits before they realized a contractor needed to be called. This resulted in me living in sub-par conditions, with a 27 degree suite, for half the time I was there since signing my lease. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend this building or Boardwalk due to its sole redeeming factor being its location.
